ORION — Acid-Free Wheel & Tire Cleaner

ORION is a high-performance, acid-free cleaner that targets road grime, oils, brake dust, and mineral deposits on wheels and tires—while staying safe for most wheel finishes when used as directed. Restore brightness and clarity to dull rims and prep tires for dressing in minutes.

What ORION Does

Breaks down metallic and oily contamination on faces, barrels, and sidewalls, lifting soils for a thorough rinse-off. Use it as a fast maintenance cleaner or as the decontamination step before polishing or dressing.

Where to Use It

• Clear-coated, painted, powder-coated, or anodized wheels (spot test first)
• Wheel barrels and faces
• Tire sidewalls (avoid tread/braking surfaces)

Directions

1. Work on a cool, shaded wheel. Do not use on hot surfaces or in direct sun.
2. Dilute: 1:3 for heavy soil; up to 1:10 for light maintenance. In a manual foamer, you can dilute up to 1:20.
3. Pre-rinse if possible. Spray ORION on the wheel face, barrel, and tire sidewall.
4. Allow 30–60 seconds of dwell. Agitate with appropriate brushes/mitts as needed.
5. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat on heavily contaminated areas if required.

Compatibility & Care

• Safe on most OEM and aftermarket finishes when used as directed. Always spot test specialty or raw finishes.
• Avoid letting the product dry on the surface. Re-mist and rinse if it starts to flash.
• Not for bare magnesium or unfinished aluminum. If unsure, test a hidden area first.

Good to Know

For extremely contaminated wheels, pre-treat with an iron remover on the rim (avoid the tire), then follow with ORION to complete the clean and prep for protection.
